Making Contact - "I would like some signage/vehicle graphics/etc doing, where do we start?"

Today the client has more options than ever. After initial contact, we can survey your premises, where needed. Alternatively, you can pop into our showroom and view our interactive showroom at leisure, or simply bring yourself and ideas into the studio, and we can create some magic with your ideas, or ours, suitable for Creative Signage, Stunning Vehicle Liveries and more. Our team are always available on the phone or via email.

Making Contact - "I would like to update my company brand..."

Other the years, we have established ourselves at the forefront of logo and brand design. We are dedicated to maximising our clients advertising potential, as we do ours. We can start even the most complex of ideas, and bring them to life, for use on Signage, Vehicles, Stationery, Web sites, you name it.

Making Contact - "Before i commit to ordering, can i see some designs and ideas?"

We always offer the client a full colour design service. Again we offer many options to do this. 1) Via Email - We can fire ideas back and forth to you, with the alterations you see fit. 2) You can visit us in the studio and we can create some artwork with you alongside us. 3) You can come in for a free consultation, and we can arrange some artwork for you to collect. We do, however, charge an artwork fee if our designs are used elsewhere without our approval.

Pricing - "I need my van signwritten, how much?"

Before we quote on any job, we will require to see some artwork, to gauge how much vinyl or print we will use on the job, and also how long the particular job would take in the workshop.

Pricing - "I need some signs doing, can you give me some idea on price?"

As above, we would need to know Quantities, Sizes, Colours, Shapes, and if you have artwork already to run, or it will need creating. Also as allow for collection, delivery or installation, we would require some more detailed information, before giving you some pricing guides.

Pricing - "I've had a price from another sign maker, up the road, can you beat it?"

Before we can make any commitment to price, we always would ask the client to check their quotes throughly. We pride ourselves in using on the finest of materials and service. Not all sign companies stock and use the better quality products. You may find a cheaper quote elsewhere, on inferior materials, but our products are manufactured to perfection, and are built to last.

Other Questions - "Do i need adverting/planning permission?"

Each job will need to be looked at individually, but at Elliott Marshall, we are up to date with all the current advertising consent laws, and where needed, we can (at a small fee) complete any applications that you may need.

Other Questions - "Do you guarantee your work?"

Every single job that goes through our workshop is covered by our guarantee. On all vehicle liveries we offer a full 3 year guarentee, and all other signage and display solutions a full 5 year guarentee. No quibble. However adverse weather and other factors we cannot cover, as stated in our Terms & Conditions, downloadable here.
